Geotest continues its drilling programme for Imerys’ EMILI lithium project at the Beauvoir granite in Échassières, in the Allier region of France, now carrying out Phase IV of the resource-definition campaign. This stage comprises up to 30 reconnaissance boreholes, 250m to 750m deep, and builds on three earlier campaigns since 2021 that confirmed a substantial lithium mica resource supporting Imerys’ ambition for a domestic, low-carbon European lithium supply chain.
